To generate your letter, the details you submit are processed by a third-party AI provider under terms that restrict use of your data to providing the service. We do not use your personal situation to train public models.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to run Relief Letters — for example, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and the AI provider that helps generate letter drafts. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We keep your intake information only as long as needed to deliver your letter and support your order. After delivery, we delete the personal details of your case within a reasonable period, retaining only what we are required to keep for standard legal, tax, and accounting purposes (for example, basic transaction records). You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.

Relief Letters is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
